Cancellation Policy

Sometimes unfortunate circumstances prevent guests from honouring their booking and in most cases other enquiries have been turned away by us (the accommodation provider) in order to hold the reservation. For this reason, we reserve the right to enforce the following terms:

• Deposit Amount: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.  The amount of deposit will be 30% of the published rates and is required to be paid at the time of the initial booking to confirm the reservation.

    Blue House; published rate per night RM1800 plus compulsory        cleaning and late check out penalty fee deposit of RM200 (dep:      RM600)

​

    Max occupancy 14 pax age 4yrs and above. New born to 4yrs.          FOC with  own sleeping arrangement.

​

    Riverview House; published rate per night RM1700 plus                    compulsory cleaning and late check out penalty fee deposit of        RM200 (dep: RM570)

​

    Max occupancy 10pax age 4yrs and above. New born to 4 yrs.          FOC with  own sleeping arrangement.

    Balance of Payment: Balance of payment of published rates and      is due one day before arrival.

• Cancellation: We require full commitment from guests for bookings. 

​

• In the event that a guest cancels a reservation due to flood or due to  guests infected with Covid and death then all deposit will be refunded. 

​

​

• Cancellation Alternative: As an alternative to cancelling a booking, a guest may choose to transfer their booking “as is” to a friend or family member. Dates will remain as booked and will not be rescheduled by us.

• No refund will be given if you decide to terminate your holiday early.
